1. Technical equipment for stretching, compounding and foaming of polymer materials - stretching, compounding and foaming are extremely important special technologies in molding, involving raw material formulations, molding processes, plastic machinery and plastic molds. In recent years, my country has made great progress in some fields, such as PUR reaction injection, which is close to the German level; foamed pipes, foamed plastic nets, and foamed films have reached practical levels. According to the market demand of foreign development, we should focus on the research on biaxially oriented film forming technology and equipment, so as to achieve the level of technology practicality and equipment commercialization.


2. Flat extrusion molding process and equipment - the molding technology marked by the "T" type (or hanger type) head has developed rapidly abroad in recent years, and has become increasingly mature and perfect. Its importance is related to its importance in plastic processing. Its share is rising rapidly. Our country is in the initial stage of research and development of such technologies and equipment, and most of the equipment is blank. In recent years, the production lines of PVC foamed sheets (Seluka method and free foaming method) developed by some research and production units in my country have poor craftsmanship, and there is a big gap compared with foreign equipment. In order to master this kind of technology, it is important to solve the equipment manufacturing of the machine head, cooling and calendering device, including the research of temperature and rheology. On the basis of developing single-layer sheet production technology and equipment, develop co-extrusion sheet production technology and equipment.


3. Electromagnetic dynamic principle and application - Electromagnetic dynamic extruder is the world's first, and has been successfully applied in certain products within a certain range (such as for small and medium-sized blown film production). The extruder saves energy and material, and its economic and social benefits are unmatched by other technologies. However, it is not widely used at present. In addition to the need to solve the corresponding molding device, the electromagnetic dynamic extrusion theory still needs to solve the problems of thermal balance under high speed and high efficiency, and improving the plasticizing ability and quality of high molecular weight materials.


Fourth, online detection and automatic control technology - in the developed countries of the plastics industry, the digital, intelligent control and proportional or servo system technology of injection molding materials has matured, and is rapidly updating and upgrading; extrusion molding equipment realizes full-line online control, and Establish a feedback system with the online detection device. Domestic plastic molding equipment is basically controlled by a single machine, with less online control. Considering the large investment and high cost, the thickness measurement device and the corresponding control technology are rarely used.


5. The establishment and application of computer CAD/CAPP/CAM system has been widely used abroad, and the basic conditions are also available in China, which should be actively promoted and popularized.
